Act as a focal point between pricing, operations, and clients to efficiently manage the commercial proposal cycle: receiving and validating pricing quotations, conducting active follow-ups to close deals, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Activities:
Knowledge of international transportation modes (air, ocean, and road).
Familiarity with pricing processes and understanding of logistics costs, including air, ocean, and road freight, as well as customs clearance.
Desirable knowledge of project cargo, such as OOG containers, Ro-Ro, and Break Bulk, as well as liner terms.
Ability to prepare and deliver institutional presentations.
Experience with negotiation routines and client relationship management.
Strong skills in presenting, defending, and discussing technical proposals.
Differential:
Knowledge of proposal automation or quotation tools such as Cargo Sapiens, Ariba, Cheap to Quote, among others.
