Coordination of FCL Shipments, for FOB, EXW or DAP Incoterms – Export / Import;

Coordination of National and International Road Transport Processes for general cargo;

Support in the preparation of maritime transport quotations with FOB incoterm;

Interaction with Customers & Suppliers;

Documentation, Export and Import Routines;

Analysis of invoices received from suppliers and agents;

Document analysis and data insertion in the system;

Merchant EC analysis and conference of import processes;

Introduction to the concepts of FCL maritime transport quotation combined with road transport;

Introduction to the concepts of coordination of FCL (OOG) load processes;

Bachelor's Degree Completed or Bachelor's Degree In Progress;

International Trade, Business Logistics, Administration, International Relations;

Intermediate English;

EXCEL, POWER POINT, and WORD;

Requirements

Intermediate Knowledge about International Transport Modes;

Knowledge of Incoterms;

Have the ability to communicate with clients and agents abroad;

Ability to perform tasks within the established deadlines;

LCL and FCL Bill of Lading for spot cases (EXW, DAP and FOB) – Export / Import, including OOG cargoes;

40 hours per week; 

Monday to Friday
