This position's main mission is to analyze processes related to the maritime pricing area in collaboration with department coordinators, aiming to maintain organized information flow in the system and towards clients. Analyzing the financial controls of processes, suppliers, and clients, providing support to the coordinator, and ensuring compliance with established indicators is also a key responsibility.

Intermediate knowledge of International Transportation Modes

Understanding of Incoterms

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and agents abroad

Capacity to execute tasks within established deadlines

Quotation for LCL Shipments, Routing Order, and FCL for spot cases (EXW, DAP, and FOB) – Export/Import

Quotation for National/International Road Transportation processes for general cargo

Quotation with terminals for storage costs and additional services

Interaction with Agents, Clients & Suppliers

Documentation routines, analysis of Invoice/Packing List for proposal preparation

Supplier and fee registration routines in the system

Uploading proposals into customer quotation management systems

Introduction to quotation concepts for additional services (Packaging, survey, customs clearance, etc.)

Introduction to quotation concepts for Out of Gauge FOB cargoes - (FR/OT)

40 hours per week;
