Coordination of FCL Shipments for cargoes with and without excess (In Gauge and Out of Gauge), for Incoterms FOB, EXW, or DAP – Export/Import;

Coordination of National and International Road Transport Processes for general and special cargo (when in FCL);

Preparation of maritime transport quotations with Incoterms FOB, EXW, or DAP;

Interaction with Customers & Suppliers;

Export and Import Documentation Procedures;

Analysis of invoices received from suppliers and agents;

Analysis of documents and data entry into the system;

Analysis and verification of Merchant Shipping Customs Declarations for import processes;

Introduction to the concepts of OOG cargo quotation for FCL;

Introduction to the concepts of coordinating FR Bed cargo processes.

Completed or Ongoing Undergraduate Degree in International Trade, Business Logistics, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields;

Intermediate English proficiency;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;

Intermediate knowledge of International Transport Modes;

Strong communication skills to interact with clients and agents abroad;

Ability to complete tasks within established deadlines.

40 hours per week;
