This position's primary mission is to analyze processes related to Ocean Freight Operations, working closely with the department Coordinators to ensure an organized flow of information within the system and effective communication with clients.

Analyze the financial controls of operational processes, suppliers, and clients, providing support to the Coordinator and ensuring compliance with established performance indicators (KPIs)

Coordinate FCL Shipments under FOB, EXW, and DAP Incoterms – Export and Import

Coordinate Domestic and International Road Freight Operations for General Cargo

Support the preparation of ocean freight quotations under FOB Incoterms

Interact with Clients and Suppliers

Perform Export and Import Documentation routines

Analyze invoices received from suppliers and agents

Review documents and enter data into the system

Analyze and verify CE Mercante information for import processes

Develop knowledge of FCL ocean freight quotation concepts integrated with road transportation

Develop knowledge of FCL cargo process coordination, including OOG (Out of Gauge) shipments

Completed degree or currently pursuing a degree;

Degree in International Trade, Business Logistics, Business Administration, or International Relations;

Intermediate English proficiency;

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;

Intermediate knowledge of international transportation modes;

Desirable knowledge of international trade;

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and overseas agents.
