This position’s main mission is to support the Maritime Pricing area, working closely with analysts and coordinators of the department, with the goal of keeping the flow of information organized within the system and in communication with clients.

Responsibilities:

Quotation of LCL, Routing Order, and FCL shipments for spot cases (EXW, DAP, and FOB) – Export / Import;

Quotation of national and international road transportation processes for general cargo;

Requesting quotations from terminals for warehousing costs and ancillary services;

Support in the quotation of In Gauge cargo under FOB scope (FR/OT);

Interaction with agents, clients, and suppliers;

Documentation routines, including analysis of Invoice and Packing List for proposal preparation;

Maintenance of supplier and rate registrations in the system;

Uploading quotations and proposals into clients’ quotation management systems.

Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree

Foreign Trade, Business Logistics, Business Administration, International Relations

Intermediate English

Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Basic knowledge of international transportation modes

Knowledge of Incoterms

Strong communication skills to interact with clients and agents abroad

Ability to execute tasks within established deadlines

40 hours per week
