Support the Finance Department in managing and controlling the company's financial obligations, with a focus on Accounts Payable, ensuring that supplier payments and other financial commitments are processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with the company's internal policies. Contribute to the accuracy of financial records, the organization of financial processes, and the efficiency of the company's cash flow.

Process, review, and organize accounts payable, including invoices, payment slips (boletos), duplicate invoices, and other operational and administrative financial obligations.

Control payment due dates and maintain the payment schedule to avoid delays, duplicate payments, and errors.

Review tax and financial documents and confirm information with suppliers when necessary.

Request and keep payment information updated, including payment slips (boletos), Pix details, and bank account information.

Assist with the reconciliation of bank statements related to payments.

Prepare simple accounts payable reports for management.
