Business Development – Sales Executive (BD)


Description :

Mission:
The primary mission of this position is to support the company’s commercial operations, with a strong focus on developing new clients and prospecting business opportunities to drive growth.

Reports to: Branch Manager / Commercial Director

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and expand the existing client portfolio

Deliver commercial presentations to potential clients

Reestablish contact with inactive clients

Prospect new opportunities within the company’s area of expertise

Foster client development and drive organic business growth

Support pricing strategy, prepare quotations, and assist in client negotiations

Contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals

Conduct client visits and/or video conferences

Participate in trade fairs and industry events

Academic Education :

Education:

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree

Desirable: Postgraduate studies and/or specialization courses

Fields of Study: International Trade, Business Logistics, Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related areas

Languages: Fluent English preferred

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Experience / Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial roles and/or project cargo

Experience in companies specializing in project and special cargo is desirable

Must have a client portfolio in the segment – minimum of 20 accounts

Knowledge of maritime export or import services – FCL (experience with project cargo is a plus)

Owning a personal vehicle is preferred

Workload :

44 hours per week; 

Monday to Friday;
