Act as a bridge between clients and internal departments, providing customized logistics solutions and ensuring excellence in the services delivered.Coordination of ocean and air shipments for oversized and regular cargo, under all Incoterms, for a key client in the Oil and Gas sector, ensuring the maintenance and growth of commercial relationships
Responsibilities:
Supervision and coordination of customs clearance, warehousing, transportation, and freight forwarding activities
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with KPIs agreed with clients, conducting performance analysis and proposing corrective action plans when necessary
Conducting technical visits to client sites, terminals, ports, and airports to align processes for special cargo
Identifying opportunities for improvement in operational processes and proposing customized solutions to optimize cost, time, and quality
Managing complaints, non-conformities, and ensuring quick and effective resolution of operational issues
Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal company policies
Developing customized Account Plans based on the specific needs and goals of each client
Acting as a business consultant for clients, deeply understanding their challenges and proposing value-added solutions
Negotiating contracts, pricing, commercial terms, and service level agreements (SLAs)
Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets, providing regular reporting
Collaborating with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure efficient and effective solution delivery
Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Monitoring competitors and market trends to anticipate demands and propose improvements
Ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention among strategic clients
